Despite their breakup, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still proud parents of six amazing kids.
Jolie became a mother for the first time in 2002 when she adopted Maddox Chivan, then 21 years old, from a Cambodian orphanage. Three years later, Ethiopian-born Zahara Marley, now eighteen, joined the family.
Soon after, Pitt decided to adopt Jolie’s first two kids as well, and the couple decided to keep growing their family.

Jolie and Pitt adopted their 19-year-old son Pax Thien from Vietnam after their 17-year-old daughter Shiloh Nouvel was born in 2006.
Their family then expanded even further in 2008 when they welcomed their 15-year-old twins, Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon.
Jolie claims that her children’s exposure to a multicultural upbringing and big family has had an overwhelmingly positive effect.

“They’re pretty great people and because there’s so many of them, I think they’ve had a very significant effect on each other. It’s not like I’m the head of anything. I’m very honest with my kids. And I’m very human with my kids,” Jolie remarked.
